Allegra – Marketing, Print, Mail is a full-service graphic design, commercial print and
business solutions company located at 1149 Clyde Court in Kingston’s west end.

We have a full-time opportunity for a creative individual with strong organizational,
problem solving and interpersonal skills. You should have expertise in Adobe Creative
Suite (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro).

Primary responsibilities will be the design and set-up of customer projects ranging from
simple one colour to full colour artwork in both digital and press environments. In
addition to being responsible for creative design, your daily activities will include pre
press functions such as file preparation and revisions, outputting to various devices,
scanning, file management and organization and troubleshooting files. Communicating
and collaborating with clients may also be part of your duties.

Experience with large format roll fed large format printing devices will be an asset as this
role will have multiple responsibilities beyond graphic design.

You must be willing to put forth the effort to learn and grow in this ever-evolving
profession. We provide support and training opportunities, but you will be expected to
solve problems as they arise. The successful applicant will be a team player, highly
organized, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and be able to meet tight timelines in a
fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.

Preference will be given to a candidate with a Graphic Design diploma, 2-3 years’ work
experience and ideally with large format print production experience. This is a full-time
position. Hourly rate will be based on experience.
