We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Associate to support commercial construction projects. This hands-on role combines warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics coordination, jobsite deliveries, and administrative responsibilities.

The successful candidate will receive, organize, track, and deliver architectural hardware and related materials. Accuracy is essential as many products are project-specific, with detailed part numbers, finishes, sizes, and quantities.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, organization, problem-solving, and learning a specialized industry. As experience grows, there is opportunity to develop into inventory control and purchasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and project documentation.
• Organize inventory by project and delivery requirements.
• Pick, package, label, and prepare materials for delivery.
• Deliver materials to commercial construction sites.
• Confirm quantities and obtain delivery acknowledgements.
• Maintain accurate inventory and delivery records.
• Communicate shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
• Assist with purchasing and supplier coordination as responsibilities grow.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with computers, spreadsheets, and inventory systems.
• Able to read and compare detailed product information.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in warehouse and construction environments.
• Able to lift and move materials safely.
• Valid driver’s licence with clean driving record.
• Experience in warehousing, receiving, construction materials, or purchasing is an asset.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
