Overview

Harmonaire Musique’s Airport Greeters welcome artists, performers, and touring staff as they arrive at airports for the 2026 concert season. Volunteers play a key role in ensuring a smooth arrival experience, providing assistance, guidance, and a friendly introduction to our events and accommodations.

This is a great opportunity for volunteers interested in event coordination, artist support, and behind-the-scenes operations in a professional music organization.

Responsibilities

• Welcome musicians, artists, and staff upon arrival at the airport.

• Assist with luggage and provide guidance to transportation (buses, shuttles) to housing or rehearsal venues.

• Answer questions about schedules, concert locations, and local logistics.

• Serve as a friendly, approachable representative of Harmonaire Musique.

• Communicate with administrative and production staff to coordinate arrivals and departures efficiently.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working in busy, fast-paced environments.

• Flexible availability for scheduled arrival dates.

• Bilingual (English and French) preferred but not required.
