Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and hands-on Evening Shift Production Team Member to join our custom framing and canvas stretching department.

In this role, you will report directly to the Shift Supervisor and work as part of a focused production team to assemble high-quality custom frames and stretched canvases.

Duties

• Production & Craftsmanship: Assemble custom frames and stretch canvases efficiently while working toward individual and team production targets of approximately 5 canvases per person per shift.
• Quality Control: Inspect materials, frames, canvases, and finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards before packaging.
• Safety & Equipment Operation: Safely operate production equipment and follow all workplace safety procedures, including the required use of PPE such as eye and ear protection.
• Workstation Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Workflow Support: Follow daily work assignments provided by the Shift Supervisor and communicate any production, quality, equipment, or material issues promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and the Shift Supervisor to maintain smooth workflow and meet daily production requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate or learn production equipment including miter saws, pneumatic staple guns, canvas stretching equipment, and v-nailers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finished products.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to consistently meet production expectations of approximately 5-7 canvases per shift.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to remain focused throughout the shift.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, woodworking, framing, or other hands-on production environments is preferred.

Schedule
Monday to Friday
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Reporting To: Shift Supervisor

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
