We manage residential rental properties in Kingston and are looking for a reliable and skilled plumber to support both immediate projects and ongoing on-call maintenance needs.

Current Project Scope

We are seeking support for the following initial work:

• Repair and restore functionality of a toilet (Unit 40B Durham)
• Install plumbing lines for washer/dryer connections (Units 42 & 44 Durham)

Ongoing Opportunity

Following this project, we are looking to build a long-term relationship with a plumber available for:

• Emergency repairs
• Routine maintenance
• Future installations and upgrades

Requirements

• Licensed plumber or experienced plumbing technician
• Experience in residential plumbing
• Knowledge of Ontario / Kingston plumbing codes
• Reliable, professional, and responsive
• Own tools and transportation preferred

Compensation

• Competitive rates (hourly or per project)
