We are looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organized part-time Dental Receptionist to join our modern and growing dental practice. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who can provide a high level of patient care and keep our front desk running smoothly.

Key Requirements...

• Experience with Abeldent software (if you are a strong candidate but lack experience, we are happy to provide training);
• Dental terminology;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities...

• Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional experience;
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations;
• Answer phone calls and handle patient inquiries clearly and efficiently;
• Process payments and manage billing (insurance & non-assignment);
• Maintain accurate patient records;
• Coordinate effectively with the clinical team;
• Ensure smooth and efficient front desk operations.

What we're looking for...

• Previous experience as a dental receptionist preferred;
• Experience in a dental clinic environment is an asset;
• A friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills;
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn dental software;
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional;
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy clinic environment.
