Position Summary:
Answering phones, greeting customers, scheduling jobs, answering emails, data entry: accounts receivable and accounts payable
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Construction industry experience preferred
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
