Brief Description

The position of Disposal Bin Dispatcher is responsible for monitoring and scheduling incoming orders for disposal bins in the office while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Hours

• Full time, Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm
• 7am Start time is mandatory for this position.

Tasks

• Manage and schedule day to day operations for truck fleet and dumpsters
• Receive and respond to incoming emails and calls
• Input information to scheduling calendars and software program
• Coordinate and dispatch schedules with drivers
• Compile and send invoices
• Correspond with clients to ensure satisfaction

Working Conditions

• This is a permanent, full time, year-round position;
• Wages will be based on experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
