  • + $7.00/hour on any last-minute shift posted with less than 12 hours notice

Qualifications:

  • REQUIRED: Successful completion of a recognized BSCN program
  • REQUIRED: Must be registered and in good standings with the CNO
  • REQUIRED: A valid G2/G driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle will be required as the position will require a travel radius of 30-60 minutes from where you reside.
    • Zone A: Kingston, Northbrook, Amherstview, Napanee & Picton
    • Zone C: Napanee, Picton, Belleville, Trenton, Stirling & Tweed
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shift types - days, evenings, overnights, 8-or-12-hour shifts, weekdays & weekends
  • LTC experience is considered an asset

RNs are expected to manage the healthcare team, provide wound care and assessments to residents, following their scope of practice, as outlined by the CNO. The specific responsibilities and duties vary slightly between Long-Term Care Homes, as well as from shift to shift. These expectations will be communicated during the site-specific orientation
