Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Spa Receptionist to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate is someone who has excellent customer service skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires a professional who can contribute to a relaxing environment for our clients and support our team in providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Manage client records accurately in electronic systems.
- Process payments and handle billing tasks, along with other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate communication between clients and spa staff.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with managing office supplies and inventory.
- Provide information about spa services and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a spa or wellness setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in managing electronic records and appointment scheduling.
- Ability to operate phone systems and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Professional and friendly attitude with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using POS system is a plus.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a calm and soothing demeanor in a busy environment.
