Position - Service Technician
Schedule - Full time

Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary - $36-42K - depending on Industry and Business/Sales Experience

Bonus & Commission structure

Company truck and all equipment provided.

Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to - Answering, responding to and carrying out service calls in and around local businesses or residential homes. Using and maintaining all equipment and tools required for your role. Maintaining an inventory of chemicals and equipment. Maintaining accurate Client profiles of record of service calls. Networking in the community to increase client base and grow your territory /region. Adhering to all Ministry of Environment rules and regulations while carrying out your work, managing your time and schedule effectively. Attention to detail is critical.- ensuring our clientele is receiving the absolute best service in the industry- as directed under the Porter Promise.

Bonus & Commission Structure :

Our bonus structure is second to none, so good we won't post it or advertise it publicly. This will be reviewed in detail at the time of interview.

Ideal Candidate :

Porter Pest Control believes in quality of result through service excellence. An ideal candidate would be someone who has proven customer service experience, time management abilities, fine attention to detail and doesn't mind critters. Previous pest control and wildlife experience considered a strong asset, but not required. If you take pride in your work, and go the extra mile for your clients we want you on our team.

There is no sugar coating the job, sometimes we have to get personal with unwanted guests. Up close and personal is how we do it, and we strive to develop close relationships with our customers in the communities we work in.

You will have to complete the "Structural Exterminator" exam. Study material, and training provided. Upon successful hire the costs will be covered by the company.
