Seeking Registered Massage Therapist to join our team! The Orchid Massage & Wellness Centre located in Kingston Ontario features quiet, spacious rooms in a spa like setting and a careerlong opportunity for new or established RMT’s.
Our facility was built for RMT’s by RMT’s. With the help of a professional interior designer, we created a space that is not only beautiful, but functionally designed with you in mind.
Enjoy the luxury of full administrative support & reception coverage, complete linen management, all equipment & supplies provided and professional year-round marketing to keep you full! We take the day-to-day administrative, marketing & linen management off our plate, so you can do what you do best… massage!

❀ What We Offer
Earnings
- $96k per year for Full Time RMT's treating 5 clients per day, 5 days per week.
- Medical Benefits (Dental, Prescription, Vision, Chiropractor, Physio, etc.)
- Paid for No Shows & Late Cancels
- Clinic offers one hour massage treatments to ensure a consistent schedule and predictable income.
Clinic & Support
- Busy Clinic with established clientele.
- 20 minutes between appointments for cleanup and SOAP Notes.
- Full administrative support and reception coverage.
- All equipment & supplies provided (sheets, oils, lotions, thermophores, bolsters etc.)
- Clinic treats a variety of clientele service types ranging from relaxation to injury & pain management.
- We provide direct billing to over 40 Insurance Providers to support a consistent clientele.
Facility & Team
- Large Team member lounge with a kitchenette, private bathroom, office & dedicated staff entrance.
- West end location with ample parking, easily accessible for staff and client's.
- Spacious service rooms featuring dimmable lighting and quality sound system.
- A supportive RMT Team for mentorship & continuing education.
- An opportunity to learn new modalities including (Indie Head Massage, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Massage, TMJ Massage, Sports Massage, Dry Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage etc.)
