St. Lawrence Cruise Lines is seeking a part-time receptionist/office administration assistant to work in our office from mid-January to the end of May. The successful candidate will play a key role in our busy small office environment -- as the first point of phone contact with potential passengers, as well as providing administrative support to our Operations, Marketing and Reservations teams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting visitors and answering phones
- Coordinating communication within the office
- Assisting the Reservations Team with bookings and inquiries
- Assisting Marketing with data entry and preparing mailout materials
- Running errands
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong phone presence
- Written and verbal communication
- Organization skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with customer service
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous office administration experience is a benefit
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
This is a part-time contract position with a work schedule of 10 AM -4 PM Monday to Thursday. However, there is some room to modify this schedule for the right candidate.
