Full job description
We are seeking a full-time receptionist to manage our front office and perform general administrative duties for our vibrant team.
Main duties include:
* Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff;
* Greeting clients, including assisting with completion of intake forms and I.D. verification;
* Date-stamping and distributing deliveries as received;
* Monitoring appointment calendars;
* Inputting and updating client information into database;
* Supporting our real estate team;
* Assistance with correspondence, processing outgoing mail, photocopying, etc.;
* Ensuring reception area and board rooms are always tidy and client ready;
* Other administrative duties, as assigned.
Job requirements:
* High school diploma;
* An extremely professional, pleasant, and positive demeanor as this position is the first point of contact for our clients;
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral;
* Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office;
* Ability to remain on task despite numerous interruptions;
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize;
* Excellent time management and organizational skills;
* Client service or other related customer service experience;
* Superb attention to detail;
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
