We are an award-winning fire-safety company accepting resumes for BOTH Full-time and Part-time positions at our brand new Kingston location!
As a Phone Pro, you will be conducting outbound calls to residents of Eastern Ontario to set up appointments for our Fire Safety Advisors. As the backbone of our company, It is our goal to exceed our customers' expectations every time they interact with our team.
We can teach you everything you need to know to be successful, but we cant teach a great attitude! Our ideal candidate is energetic, confident, and willing to learn new things.
This is an entry-level position, with room for advancement. There is no experience necessary; we train those who are accepted.
Pay starts at $20/hr. Plus incentive bonuses.
Shifts Available Monday-Friday: 4 pm-9 pm. Saturday: Morning shift availability.
Job Qualifications:
Must be able to communicate clearly both orally and in writing. Must be able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision. Solid organizational skills. Great attitude and positive tonality.
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and phone etiquette.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and documentation.
- Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple calls and tasks efficiently.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
