Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Administration/Secretary to join our team. In this role,
you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. You will be
responsible for managing office communications, maintaining records, and assisting clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Maintain and update client records and office files.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Managing accounts receivable
- Support senior staff with various tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a
plus.
- Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
