THE JOB
As a Guest Service Representative, you are more than front desk associates—you are the architects of exceptional stays. From the moment guests arrive to their final goodbye, you'll take the lead in delivering top-notch service that exceeds expectations. You'll be empowered to move beyond a traditional desk role, engaging with guests and handling what needs to be done to make their stay exceptional.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Greet and check guests in and out with warmth and efficiency.
- Address guest inquiries and requests with confidence and care.
- Share expert knowledge of the local area, helping guests discover hidden gems and must-visit attractions.
- Process operational tasks, complete reports, and ensure seamless communication across departments.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, solving problems with creativity and care.
- Execute operational tasks and reports with precision to keep everything running smoothly.

Pay: $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
