Overview
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail management and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficiency
- Assist in managing inventory, including ordering and restocking products
- Train and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions and reporting
- Implement pricing strategies to drive sales
- Support the Manager in various tasks such as scheduling, performance evaluations, and resolving customer issues

Qualifications
- Experience in retail management or related field is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Proficiency in POS systems and other retail software
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of training development techniques
- Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar role would be beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
