The main function of this position is to handle incoming calls to book service appointments. The appointment coordinator(s) manages incoming calls for all 4 our locations and will either handle the customer's request or dispatch the call to the appropriate service advisor. The ideal candidate would have confidence on the phone, strong computer skills and be passionate about providing a great customer experience. While phone skills are definitely an asset, scripts and training will be provided.
Other responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Outgoing calls and lead follow-ups
- Updating customer information
Communicate with stores in order to maintain efficient scheduling
- Follow all company policies
Willing to learn
- Dedicated to excellent customer service
Confident on the phone
- Knowledge of vehicles and repairs is an asset but not required
